No one ever wants to walk through a season of pain and hardship.  When we’re there, we often can’t imagine life getting any harder.  We wish God would give us more goodness and blessings.  We wish He would ease our discomfort.  But what if He actually is?  What if the downpour we find ourselves standing in is actually only a sprinkle compared to what Satan wanted it to be?  What if God is actually building dams around us to protect us from evil?
